Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Subscription boxes ship on the 7th of each month; your first box ships as soon as it is ready.
Delivery time

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all subscription boxes. Costs for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If the tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Tell us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. Once a parcel has been dispatched we may not be able to change it.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason.
What can be returned
Items in their original condition and packaging. Gift cards and personalised items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Do not send an item back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.
Damaged or wrong items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will fix it at no cost to you.
