Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Subscription boxes ship on the 7th of each month; your first box ships as soon as it is ready.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is free on all subscription boxes. Costs for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If the tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase it.

Tell us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. Once a parcel has been dispatched we may not be able to change it.
