Should you receive a damaged item, simply email a photo to support@minespirit.com. We'll take care of sending a replacement as your satisfaction is paramount.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $60 USD or more. For orders under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight and the shipping method you choose — the cost is always shown before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
I've moved and need to change my delivery address.
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email support@minespirit.com straight away with your order number. After 2 hours the order is handed to the carrier and the address can no longer be changed. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my box?
We refund or replace items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, and orders lost in transit — within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Email support@minespirit.com with your order number and photos. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
