Using this site

By placing an order you confirm you are old enough to enter a contract where you live, and that the details you give us are accurate.

Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but natural stones vary in colour, shape, and size — no two are identical. Prices can change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. You can adjust, pause, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes made after a billing date apply to the next cycle.

What we do not claim

Our products are for wellbeing and personal practice. Nothing we sell is a medical device or a treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Orders we may refuse

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
