Created for Catholic women

Is this the part of your faith you have never said out loud?

The women who write to us carry the same few things. They rarely say them out loud, and almost never to anyone at home.

  1. You want time with Jesus. You mean to take it. By the time the house is quiet, there is nothing left of the day to give Him.
  2. You pray for your family — and then run out of words, because what you are asking for is too big to say twice.
  3. You have begun before. A novena, a resolution in Lent. It held for nine days and then the ordinary weeks closed over it.
  4. You open the Bible somewhere in the middle, read a page you do not understand, and close it again feeling further away than before you started.
  5. You pray alone. Nobody in the house knows which day you are on, and nobody asks.

And is this what you want — perhaps without ever having put it into words?

  • To have somewhere to begin each morning, before the day starts asking things of you.
  • To bring one name before Jesus without needing to find the right words first.
  • To still be praying in week four — not because you tried harder, but because the day was small enough to keep.
  • To have prayer somewhere in the house you can see and touch, not only in your head.

And what it does not ask of you

  • No early mornings, no fasting, nothing to give up.
  • Nothing to plan and nothing to remember. The guide tells you what today's one practice is, and only today's.
  • Miss a day and nothing resets. You pick it up on the day you are on.

Nothing here asks you to become a more spiritual person than you are. You have already tried the version where you resolve to do better; it held for a while, the way it always does, and then the weeks closed over it.

So this is not a devotion to keep up with. It is one small practice a day, sized for a day that is already full — and, on the two fuller plans, someone who knows which week you are on.

Your first twenty-eight days, week by week

These show how the four weeks of Box 1, Pray Again, are shaped. They are written as an illustration of the practice — not as an account of any particular person.

  • Week one: making room for God

Week one does not ask you to pray better. It asks for ten minutes that belong to no one else in the house.
    Week one, day 1
DAY 1Prayer is whatever is left after everyone else has been seen to. Most evenings there is nothing left.
    Week one, day 28
DAY 28The morning has ten minutes in it that were decided the night before. They are not borrowed from anyone.
  • Week two: praying for your family

Nothing here teaches you the right words. It gives you one line a week, and somewhere to write the name down.
    Week two, day 1
DAY 1You carry their names all day and say almost none of them in prayer, because you would not know where to start.
    Week two, day 28
DAY 28One name a day, written down, brought before Him in a sentence you did not have to invent.
  • Week three: mercy, given and received

Not an examination of conscience. One thing a day you are willing to put down, and one you are willing to be thankful for.
    Week three, day 1
DAY 1You can name what you are still holding against yourself faster than you can name one mercy you have received.
    Week three, day 28
DAY 28The list has two columns now, and the second one is no longer the shorter of the two.
  • Week four: keeping it going

Week four shrinks the day down and hands it back to you, so that day twenty-nine is not a cliff.
    Week four, day 1
DAY 1Every devotion you have started has ended the same way — quietly, somewhere around the second week.
    Week four, day 28
DAY 28The practice is small enough that an ordinary Tuesday cannot take it away from you.

Written as an illustration of the practice. Not an account of a particular customer.

What women say about our boxes

These are reviews of our boxes, across everything we have sent out — not for this twenty-eight day journey on its own.

Customer stories will be shared here once women have finished the journey and given permission to publish them.

Most journeys begin with forgiveness. Here that is week three.

Because it is hard to forgive out of a week that has no room in it. The order is not decorative — each week is what makes the next one possible. These are the four weeks of your first box, Pray Again.

  1. Week one Make Room for God

Give the day a place to begin.

Ten minutes, a passage, and one short practice. Seven mornings before we ask you to carry anything heavier.

  2. Week two Bring Your Family to Prayer

    Say the names out loud.

One person a day, written down and brought before Jesus — with a line to pray when your own words run out.

  3. Week three Mercy & Gratitude

Put something down; pick something up.

The examination that is not a scouring: one thing to release, one thing to thank Him for, every day of the week.

  4. Week four Keep Prayer in Daily Life

    Make it yours, without us.

We shrink the practice to something an ordinary day cannot dislodge, and hand it over. Day twenty-nine is meant to look like day twenty-eight.

What the journey is made of

A practice to follow, something to hold, and someone who answers.

The three hold each other up. The practice keeps the objects from ending up in a drawer; the objects keep the practice from staying only in your head.

  1. The 28-day path

One small practice each day — a passage, a short prayer, and one thing to do or write. Not a menu of suggestions. Today's, and only today's.

  2. Devotional objects for your prayer space

A cross or a figure for your table, a candle for the corner where you pray, something to wear through the day, and a journal for the names you are carrying. A different set each month.

  3. Someone on the other end

On the two fuller plans: a companion who knows which week you are on, and who stays yours for the year.

Real objects, because a screen cannot be held.

A devotion needs somewhere to live, and hands need something to hold. What arrives is small, and it is meant to stay out where you will see it — not to be put away carefully.

What this gives you

  • ✓Somewhere to begin tomorrow morning, already decided
  • ✓One person a day brought before Jesus, by name
  • ✓Stop being the only one who knows which week you are on

Three ways in. One of them is the whole thing.

The middle one is already selected. If it is not the one you want, change it — nothing on this page decides for you.

The $29 plan is a single payment. The $199 and $179 plans also start a monthly box subscription: your first box comes with the plan, then a new box ships every month and is charged to the same card — $39 a month on the $199 plan, $49 a month on the $179 plan — until you cancel. We email you before every charge, and you can skip or cancel any time from your account.

The lighter plan stays on this page because some people want to see the arithmetic before they decide. Compared with it, the middle plan asks $20 more today and adds the whole devotional box instead of half of it, a guided session, and every monthly box at $39 instead of $49 for as long as you keep the subscription.

One box a month, each one different.

There is no quiz and nothing to choose. Your first box is always Pray Again. Each month after that the next box ships, in order, with its own twenty-eight days and its own pieces. The fourth is not the last: new boxes keep coming after it, and no two months arrive the same.

Box 1: Pray Again

  • Each box follows the month you are on, not a random assortment
  • Packed by hand, each piece in its own place

What comes in your first box.

Every box has the same shape: a journal and pen, something to wear, something for your table, a candle, and prayer cards for the month. The pieces change from box to box. Below is Box 1, Pray Again.

  • Prayer journal and pen Prayer journal and pen A 28-day journal for the names you are carrying and the days you prayed. In every box.
  • A cross bracelet A cross bracelet Black beads printed with small crosses and a silver-tone cross charm. It is not a rosary.

  • Two cotton pouches and the box Two cotton pouches and the box Somewhere to keep it all. The inside of the lid carries John 15:4.

Twenty-eight mornings, with someone keeping count.

The objects give the practice somewhere to live. This is what walks beside them. The screens shown are mock-ups of the proposed companion, not a released application.

Daily Prayer Companion mock-up 1Daily Prayer Companion mock-up 2
  • Today's practice

The passage, the short prayer, and one thing to do — delivered for today only, so there is never a backlog to catch up on.

  • The prayer journal

Somewhere to write the name you are carrying, and to see the days you made room. Kept by you; this page never asks you to send an intention to us.

  • A private group

Women on the same twenty-eight days, in a room that is not on social media.

  • One to one with a companion

Someone who knows which week you are on. Included on the two fuller plans.

  • The traditions handed down

What women in Catholic families knew and passed on by doing rather than writing: what to pray at a sickbed, what to say over a child at night.

Three things you do not have to take on trust.

Everything below is true of every order.

And one thing said plainly rather than buried in small print: this is a guided devotional practice. It is not spiritual direction, not confession, not a substitute for the sacraments or for the care of your parish priest, and it does not promise a particular answer to prayer.

  • Changing your mind

On the $199 and $179 plans, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No reason needed, and you do not have to send the box back. The $29 plan does not include a refund window.
  • A checkout you can check

    • Encrypted through Shopify — we never see your card
    • Refunded to the same card, not to store credit
    • The monthly box price is shown before you pay, and we email you before every charge
  • Objects described as they are

    • Materials named honestly, with no implied blessing or consecration
    • No claim that an object protects, heals, or answers on its own
    • Photos show Box 1; later boxes hold different pieces of the same kinds

What your first year actually costs

Both fuller plans include your first box. After that a box ships every month and is charged automatically until you cancel — $39 a month on the $199 plan, $49 a month on the $179 plan. The $29 plan has no box and nothing after today.

On the $199 plan every monthly box is $39 instead of $49, for as long as you keep the subscription. Cancel any time and you pay only for the boxes already charged.

Twenty-eight mornings from now, you will know.

You have wanted this for a long time. Not a different life — just a little room in this one for the God you already believe in.

It does not go all at once. Prayer is set aside for a morning because the morning is full, and then for a week, and the weeks are all reasonable, and none of them is the one you would point to.

Think of the people whose names you carry. Your parents. Your children. The one you have not spoken to properly in two years. You are already praying for them in your head, all day, without ever quite saying it.

You have put this off long enough, and carried it quietly long enough, and gone long enough without anyone knowing which week you are on.

It does not take a year. It does not take a retreat, a new parish, or a better version of you. It takes twenty-eight mornings and one small thing in each of them.

And for that one small thing to hold, you need somewhere quiet to do it, something to hold while you do, and a page that tells you what today's is.

On the $199 and $179 plans, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No reason needed, and you do not have to send the box back. The $29 plan does not include a refund window.

The questions people actually ask

Am I signing up for a subscription?

On the $29 plan, no — it is a single payment. On the $199 and $179 plans, yes: they include a monthly box subscription. Your first box comes with the plan. After that a new box ships every month and is charged automatically to the same card — $39 a month on the $199 plan, $49 a month on the $179 plan — until you cancel. We email you before every charge, and you can skip or cancel any time from your account.

Is this approved by the Church, or a substitute for the sacraments?

No, on both counts. This is a devotional aid put together by a shop, not a Church publication and not an approved devotion. It is not spiritual direction, not confession, and it is not a substitute for Mass, the sacraments, or your parish priest.

Do I have to wait for the box to arrive before I start?

Day one is available as soon as your order is confirmed. The box ships to your door and usually arrives within 20–25 business days.

Which box comes first, and what comes after?

Box 1, Pray Again, is always first. On the $199 and $179 plans the next box ships each month, in order: Walk in His Words, Rest in Him, Love & Let Go, and new boxes after those. Each box has its own twenty-eight days and its own pieces, so you never receive the same box twice. There is no quiz and nothing to choose.

What exactly do I receive?

Box 1, Pray Again, contains:

  • The 28-day prayer journal and a pen
  • A cross bracelet
  • An amethyst cross necklace
  • An engraved stone keychain
  • A Holy Family figure for your prayer corner
  • A flameless LED prayer candle (AA batteries not included)
  • Prayer cards
  • Two cotton pouches and the box

Every later box follows the same shape with different pieces. On the $199 and $179 plans you also get the private group of women praying the same days.

Delivery: The box ships to your door and usually arrives within 20–25 business days.
